Dates and Cashew Vegan Balls

Date and Cashew Vegan Balls are instant energy boosting snack recipe. This snack is made of dates, cashew nuts and coconuts as major ingredients. Everyone is at a liberty to add anything extra of their choice in it.

  • 1 cup Deseeded Dates
  • 1 cup Cashew Nuts
  • ½ cup Grated Coconut
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp Virgin Coconut Oil


  1. The dates must be soaked in water for an hour.

  2. Dates should be properly drained and patted dry.

  3. The Cashew nuts and grated Coconut to be blended in a food processor till a fine crumbly form is made.

  4. The dates, black salt and virgin coconut oil are to be mixed in this crumby paste and blended again till a sticky mixture is formed. 

  5. Small scoops of this paste are to be rolled into small balls. 

  6. These balls are to be placed on a baking tray lined with parchment paper, to be refrigerated for at least one hour.

  7. These balls are to be served chilled.
