Compressed Fruit Chaat Recipe

Compressed fruit chaat recipe is one of the healthiest recipes as it is made of fruits and fruit juices. 

Course Salad
Cook Time 25 minutes
Servings 4

Ingredients

  • 500 gms Pineapple
  • 2 Washington Apples
  • 500 gms Watermelon
  • 500 ml Pineapple juice
  • 500 ml Apple juice
  • 500 ml Watermelon juice
  • 1 Tbsp roasted Cumin seeds
  • Chaat masala
  • Black salt
  • Lemon

Instructions

  1. All the fruits, Pineapples, Apples and Watermelon are to be cut nicely in cubes.

  2. The fruit juices, Pineapple, apple and Watermelon fruit juices are to be poured into three separate glass bowls. 

  3. The roasted cumin seeds, black salt, and chaat masala are to be added to the bowls of fruit juices with juice of half a lemon in each bowl. 

  4. These bowls are to be refrigerated for at least 3 hours. 

  5. The refrigerated fruit juices are to be poured on top of the mixed fruit cubes kept on plates and a final dressing of mint leaves is to be given on top of fruit salad,
