Cheese Papdi

Cheese Papdi is a beautiful healthy and tasteful snack recipe. The day to day snack papdi is given a cheese touch in this recipe to make snacks healthy and happy.

Total Time 20 minutes


  • 2 Cups Refined flour
  • 1/4 Cup Grated Cheese
  • 2 tbsp Refined Oil
  • 1 tpsp Table Salt
  • Water
  • Oil for deep-frying


  1. In a bowl, Add cheese, salt and oil. Knead this mixture into a stiff dough with the help of water. 

  2. Set aside this dough for at least 30 minutes.

  3. After half an hour, roll out the dough (1/2 cm by 1.2 inch ) and cut it into round strips (3 cm by 1.5 inch). Prick with a fork.

  4. Heat the oil for deep frying. 

  5. Then add round strips into it.

  6. Lower the heat to medium.

  7. Fry till golden brown on both sides. 

  8. Your Cheese Papdi is ready.
