Cheese Papdi is a beautiful healthy and tasteful snack recipe. The day to day snack papdi is given a cheese touch in this recipe to make snacks healthy and happy.
- 2 Cups Refined flour
- 1/4 Cup Grated Cheese
- 2 tbsp Refined Oil
- 1 tpsp Table Salt
- Oil for deep-frying
In a bowl, Add cheese, salt and oil. Knead this mixture into a stiff dough with the help of water.
Set aside this dough for at least 30 minutes.
After half an hour, roll out the dough (1/2 cm by 1.2 inch ) and cut it into round strips (3 cm by 1.5 inch). Prick with a fork.
Heat the oil for deep frying.
Then add round strips into it.
Lower the heat to medium.
Fry till golden brown on both sides.
Your Cheese Papdi is ready.
